Books!

Well I spent my day today sewing some pillows for a lady who must have a million pillows by now.. I have sewn at least 12 in the last year! She always picks amazing fabrics though, so they're fun to work on.

I also started painting some books that my father made for me to help display my bookends.. I'll post more when I've got them all finished and have some sun to take some good pics.

Here's Henry wearing his cape. I had to adjust it a bit, but he was running and hopping all over :)

So I finished it. I think it's pretty cool, the lining is black satiny material with a grey canvas outside. The neck hold ended up a tad big, so I added some velcro circles so I hope if fits! I added a bit of a logo to the back for super Henry.. hope he likes it.

Cape Henry

This weekend is my nephews party. So me being super poor right now I called my sister and got the fantastic idea of making Henry a cape. Apparently he has been using a receiving blanket lately. So I know very little about making a cape, but I'm sure I can figure something out.. so far I have a felt H for the back of it, and a giant circle cut, wish me goodluck!

More Owlets :)

Yesterday I made a couple owlets from my white material, which is super soft. The little grey one sold the other day, so I figured I should make some more!

Cuffs

I took some pics of my cuffs. They're double sided fabric and I use a silver cufflink with either shell, ebony or leather buttons/beads attached. For sale at Dwell!

It's done!

It took a while but it's done and hanging in Studio 330 ready for their grand opening tonight! For scale it's about 4' x 4' and will hang in front of an orange curtain, I'll post again when I get a pic with clean windows :)
